question about join the Military?

i try to joining the navy, and i been doing all the paper works with my navy recruiter. he took me to take the ASVAB test for 3 times i still didn't pass. so right now i have to wait 6 months to take another one.. ..

But, now i lost the interest of join the military, because i'm about to have a good job. and i felt i cannot go away from my friend and my family...

So i decided that i would try to call my recruiter tomorrow to tell him that i want to quit..

so i want to know, can i still quit? even though all my paper works are done, all i need is just pass the test. but i can't pass it..

So can i still quit?? if yes. what are the good reasons to tell my recruiter?? please give me some tips that i can convince him..

Yes you can quit. So don't worry about it. Im in the reserves right now for the navy so maybe you might want to look into that? It was a love/hate relationship with me regarding the navy so I decided to go reserves. The benefits are still good and you only go once a weekend and two weeks a year. Of course, if there is war you still might get called up.
