Question about Jeff Hardy going to court? After his Arrested?

If you guys where the grand jury in court and if you hear what Jeff' Hardy's defense Attorney says He's innocent But he made a mistake, But then you hear the prosecutor Attorney says He should be Charge for drugs and meth and be held in prison. Well you guys say he's found guilty or well you guys say he's not guilty. If you guys were the grand jury. What would you say about Jeff being the defendant?
 
The funny thing is the POLICE report did NOT say anything about finding Meth. So where do you get that he had meth? Again forget what people are saying. He had plenty of drugs but METH was NOT listed on the POLICE report.
