Question about Iron Man 2 (because I'm stupid!)

Question, does the end of Iron Man 2 set up next years movie "The Avengers"?

Sorry for being dumb :o and thanks for any knowledgeable (or even piss take!) answers :).
 
The Avengers is due out in 2012.

Before that film, next year you have Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger both building up to the Avengers film. There was supposed to be an Ant-Man film as well but that is now likely to come after the Avengers.
 
That also is looking like it could get bumped back the a year or so.

Marvel as well as Fox have so many films due to be made its crazy.

Ant-Man (2012) ... Head of Marvel Studios thinks this will be bumped back at least a year
Nick Fury (2012) ... Not in Production..... may happen

Doctor Strange (2012).... Not in Production.. no news
Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) ... Due to commence filming very soon
X-Men: First Class (2011)... Pre-Production
Deadpool (2011) ... Not in production
The HanRAB of Shang-Chi (2011) .... Not in production and no news
X-Men Origins: Wolverine 2 (2011) .... Not in production at the moment.
Thor (2011).... Filming
Luke Cage (2011) Not in production and no news
Deathlock (2011).... Not in production and no news.

There is also talk of an reboot of The Fantastic Four as well.

Looking at 2011. I think it's safe to say Luke Cage, Deathlock and The HanRAB of Shang Chi aren't going to make an appearance. DeadPool could but I doubt it will.
