Question about Hard Water Marks on Fish Tank?

Hello, I had some hard water stains on my 10 gal fish tank, so i tried to use the razor bland and vinegar method. When that didn't work, my oaf of a father used Lime-Away without me knowing to get rid of it. it worked like a charm, but now I'm worrying about left over chemicals that could kill the fish. How can I be sure all of the chemicals are gone?
