Question about Gym Schedule + Training Muscle Groups?

really why cant you do all the muscle groups in one day, if your lifting enough weight on yourself its 4 -5 sets on every muscle, and your only doing 4 muscles , so like 20 sets the most. thats like 20 minutes the most.

Me and my friend are currently thinking of making a schedule which will consist of 1month arm training. So my question is, could this work?
Monday: Biceps + Breast
Tuesday: Triceps
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Biceps + Breast
Friday: Triceps
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Legs

The reason why we are spliting our muscle groups is since the protein intake during the days, we want it to be fairly divded for one muscle group rather than the whole body. So anyone have any advice if we should do like this, focus on the upper body in 1month. Should we add anything to our schedule? Is this healthy, i mean to train biceps one day, triceps one day etc? Thank you.
