Question about gloves, and sports kinda?!?

i have reynods (sorry if spelling is wrong) which effects circulation in my hands leaving me vounerable to cold weather more than people without the disease and its getting pretty bad..i play lacrosse year round...and when it comes to spring(we dont play outside in the winter) my hands start swelling and turning white...i need to fin some good thin gloves that can go under my lacrosse gloves, my doctor recomended thinsulate but i cannot find any thin versions of that material...so i dont know if scuba gloves would work..ha...so plz let me know of a type of glove or a website that i can use to purchase these...thankyou =]
