currently I am getting a 200 kicker, if I was to reenlist would I be offered a new incentives since it is a new contract? Such as a a higher kicker, today the norm is about $350. Also, if anyone knows about this, what qualifies me for the education career stabilization? I think I'm going to reup for 3 more years, will choosing the ecs take my bonus away like they do with new recruits?
