My brother uses Deviant Art and my family in the house uses the same IP Address. One time my brother was flaming someone on Deviant Art so bad that Deviant ART administrators has banned our IP Address. For a month the IP got unbanned. His account got deleted. Along with MY own account that I had registered on there. They say, If you have 2 accounts on their site. You will get banned or what ever. I don't know about their rules but its bullcrap.
