Question about getting a new phone upgrade.*TMobile*?

Okay so ive had this phone for about a year and looking to get a blackberry or something. Online it says 3 different prices for the phones. It has the cheapest one as the biggest. Would i pay that price or would i have to pay an upgrade fee and usually how much would it be? Thanks
