Is it true that gay men do it up the bum (and some straight people too)? Isn't that gross though? Like, isn't that kinda unsanitary? Do you guys do enemas beforehand? Does it hurt when it goes in? I'm a female and my boyfriend sodomises (the actual term for anal sex) me often. No it isn't gross, as long as you have emptied your bowels before hand and cleaned your anus and after the deed you and your partner both clean your bit your good to go.

It can hurt if your not relaxed, sometimes it is painful if you are to tight as the muscle is being stretched the opposite way then what it is intended.

No the anus doesn't get loose after repeated use. It is still tight oh and it is a great way for conception.
