Question about Fry's Electronics?

Frys stores all of their smaller and expensive parts under lock and key behind the desk. This minimizes theft and possibility of people break the items. The paper contains a barcode with your order (they make sure your part is in the cage behind the desk). The paper contains not only your information but their disclaimer as well as their warranty and payment information. It will ALWAYS happen until policy changes (for everyone, not just you).

Why is it when you buy a 'computer part' at Fry's Electronics, one the computer guys have to print you a piece of paper to take the the checkout line? It has your name, number, and other information on it that you gave to them. It happens to me every time I buy a piece of hardware.
