question about fixing a honda civic 2001?

why does my 2001 honda civic lx shakes and stall after being driven for 30 minutes. After its cooled down, it will start again. the fuel filter and pump is ok. could it be throttle or relay problem? it only happens when it gets hot.
 
OK try this , pour a little amount of gas in the carb and see if it runs longer that way , and if it does then you might need a fuel pump , and you might have some thing in the filter also stopping the flow of gas , or it may have water in the gas, or needs new gas in it,
