G Gabriel Iglesias fan :D New member May 2, 2010 #1 I'm trying to build muscle and lose weight, so with a punching bag, would it be the same as lifting weights? Work on it 1 day, rest the next? Or can i do it every night and lose weight and build muscle just fine?
