Question about cricKet software/firmware

I am reading on the site, namely Features and Optional Services , and I noticed

and that the Kyocera K323 was Java enabled... my question is does anyone know when other phones are getting upgraded to java and if so where we get this update other then waiting for the firmware to leak?

*EDIT* and they seem to have taken the V3c from the cricKet phones page
 
there will not be an upgrade to java for the brew enabled phones. the v3c is discontinued and replaced with the cheaper v3a.
