I have some frozen fish fillets from the grocery store and everyone here is asleep so I have no one to ask about how to cook them. I read the directions on the back of the box so I am going to cook them in the oven. However, I have a small pan (I assume it is just a standard baking pan). It is small but it is big enough to fit a few fish fillets on there, but there are no holes in the pan. I have a pizza tray that has holes in it, and I could just put the fish fillets on there. So, which one is best. I'm just concerned about putting it in the oven without holes in the pan. Which pan should I use?
