Question about classical civilisation (Ancient Rome)?

Quickly to those who know a thing or two about the ancient Romans: Mark Antony, Lepidus and Octavian formed the second trumvirate in 43 BC, but why exactly did Octavian have a civil war with Antony and Cleopatra? Is this actually known?
