Question about Chinese Executions? Because I don't follow the news that closely?

What reasons has the chinese government given for carrying out executions of it's people?

-The health minister was executed because he certified the use of dangerous presciption drugs that killed lots of people
-Construction workers were executed for substituting the prescribed building materials for cheaper substances after many school children died in the chinese earth quake
-A woman was executed for carrying out a rebellion against the chinese government
 
China is current revising its capital punishments laws with an eye on life in prison of a criminal shows remorse and/or pays restitution.

China uses lethal injection.

1 we know about the health minister
2 but we don't know about the builders, since the earthquake is only a few days old. Plus, what woman was executed for carrying out a rebellion against the government?

Why there are rarely any drug trafficking incidents in China: China executes them and displays their corspes. Its govt seems to know its easier to control things with fear.
 
They are very strict about their laws.

The health minster caused death so they government was going to show the world how serious they are about cleaning up their act.

It is the concept of responiblity for your actions.
