Question about car audio?

My car has an equalizer in it. It has 5 different buttons with some numbers above them. Can anyone tell me how to set this up so it sounds good? I want it to have as much bass as possible without blowing my speakers out. Thanks!

Turn the lever on the way left up to your desired setting for bass, the next one to the right has a little more bass in it, adjust that to your desired setting also.

The middle one is for mid treble, and the rest are for treble.
