Liberals don't shower

Is there anything wrong with owning a flashy car? Why is it that most liberals I meet look down upon me for driving the car that I drive or live in the house I live in? They look at me as if I don't deserve it and should share some of my good fortune. Why is that?
I grew up in a trailer in the woods with no running water. I knew that wasn't what I wanted in life so I studied hard in school and graduated with honors, joined the military, went to college on military programs and now I live in a nice house and have a flashy car. Some would say, I should realize what it's like to be poor and want to help my fellow man. I tend to think, I pulled myself out of that hellhole, they should be able to as well. It makes me even MORE resistant to help someone that won't help themself. Are liberals born with a silver spoon? Do they think that people who don't have things, need help?
I like driving my car. When I pull up to someone in a nasty broken down beater, I smile to myself. I realize that I use to be in that same car and now I've risen above that. WITHOUT the government giving me healthcare, medicare, welfare, college grants, food stamps, etc. Your thoughts?
Shaep, or is it sheep? Issues with my self? I'd love to know how you drew that conclusion. Sounds to me like the American Dream is still alive and well, and I'm livin' it. Despite liberals best efforts to destroy it, it's still there. Your reliance programs haven't stopped some of us from achieving. Make the lower class dependent on a system, threaten system will be taken away if constituents vote Republican and BAM, you now have control of a large majority. This is what will soon happen with healthcare. Even the leader of the Black Panthers said yesterday, "The one thing that has hurt the African American community more than anything else in the last 50 years is welfare."
