Question about buying God of War 1 and 2?

At the moment I don't have a ps3 and I'm saving up for one. Should I buy God of War 1 and 2 for the ps2 or should I wait until I get a ps3 and buy both of the games in the remastered version?
Is the God of War: Collection for the ps3 worth the wait?
 
yeah get it on your ps3. for 40 bucks u get it remastered so it looks even better and u get trophy support(trophies are in game achievements) plus tons of extras such as the e3 demo of god of war 3. so for 40 bucks u get a lot of stuff piled into one package
