They push you to push yourself and that builds the strength you need. You will do upper body muscle failure every 2-3 days. Training doctrine indicates muscle failure with 24-48 hours rest is the optimum to build strength. How many push ups do they start you out with? I'm trying to build my strength but when I used to run track and was in the best shape of my life, I was never really good at push ups. So my question is also how many are you doing at the end of boot camp too?
