Question about Bakugan: New Vestroya

I have a question about that part of the Bakugan series. Can it be considered to be an American series? Or is it just still an Anime like the first season?

I ask because I took a look at it and discovered that the voices seemed to match the English voices this time around. Instead of the post lay dub of the first season.
 
New Vestroia is a case exactly like Sonic X (both coincidentally animated by TMS), where the show didn't do too hot in its origin country but the international market helped fund another season/series. Not the same as a co-production, though, as it's still 100% Japanese.

Except, unlike Sonic X series 2, New Vestroia is actually be airing in Japan.
 
I have a question about the dub cast. The english voice of Spectra is the same as the english voice of Espada nuraber 8 Szayelaporro Grantz from Bleach? They sound a lot alike.
 
Doubt it. I saw the end credits, it's still (more of less) the same first season cast.

Although I did notice a different writer on board. What happened to those two from the first season? Were they that bad that they were fired?

Anyway, thanks. But I did see the mouths move (almost, a similar case happens with most American shows) perfectly to the English voices.
