Question about army basic training?

I'm 28 and want to join the army reserves, I am in good shape and look rather young. I have one question though, will the other recruits know my age? I just don't want to be left out or viewed as the old freakshow. I know i will stand out, but to what extent?

Other recruits will know only what YOU tell them, the Instructors will, and hence might put you in a position of authority in the begining. Just dont volunteer the info and recruits will be in the dark for a while.
