Question about apples and oranges?

Wow, how hard did you throw the apple into your hand to deform it in such a manner?

Or am I being asinine. (could be).

I think you ned to expand your premise a bit - I may be being thick, but I do not get your point :-((

Ok, as a firm believer in verification over asinine practices of just saying something because it seems that way, I went and tried hitting my palm with both an apple and an orange. The apple bent inward but the orange retained its form. Also, the orange hurt more.

Question, after you do this experiment and find that I have a point, do you think that many people may suffer from believing in things that are untrue simply because they believe it seems true?
Not-Theist

Many people thought it was apple and others simply agreed because it seems that way.

If an orange is fresh, it is relatively hard. If it is rotten, it gets squishy and smells bad.

The apple didn't really break apart but I did notice it get dented in. I actually hit it on the back of my hand instead of the palm.

No thanks...

You may have a point. I haven't seen a Golden Apple before so I can't say whether or not it'd have more of an impact but a regular apple wouldn't do as much damage as a regular orange.

Nice try but your comment is nothing but an insult and scriptures wrapped in one. That's what you'd call hypocrisy.
