Question about ab exercises?

I'm 18 years old, weigh 200 lbs, and I'm about 6 feet tall. I'm not really fat, but I do have some fat covering my abs. I was wondering what kind of ab exercises work the best and how many reps/sets to do of each. I'm going for something like washboard abs, nothing too crazy. I just want to make them more defined. Also, what are some good bicep/tricep exercises and chest exercises. I want to get rid of my man boobs, but they're not really that bad.
