Question about a Samsung memory card..?

Hi,

I inserted my memory card into my phone and it is said it was inserted incorrectly however it was inserted correctly. What is wrong with it? There are some pics and videos on the memory card that I would really like to view but the memory card is not reading. It says memory card is inserted incorrectly when it is not.. I've double checked a few times or so. What could be the problem? Can someone please let me know? Has anyone experienced this or came across this before? Thank-you! (: -Marissa
 
I dont know sorry, but do you know where the memory card is located on an lg chocolate and how to take it out because i would like to transfer my pics to my new Samsung Intensity
