question about a "panasonic SD video camera"?

I bought this video camera and it doesn't let me put these videos on to windows movie maker. How do I put these files on to windows movie maker?

WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER does not support all file types, not hd, mpeg4, mts, mod, mov or h.264 files. If your camera shoots in those formats you will have to convert to use WMM.
