this gentleman im reffering to is a career criminal in my mind.. served 6 yrs of a 20 yr sentece for armed burglary of a occupied dwelling got out 3 yrs ago and now is sitting back in jail facing charges for home invasion 1st degree.... in this trial will they bring up is back criminal history or can they try to throw that as its not relevant to his case now or will it play a roll in his sentencing no matter if its relevant or not/?
