Question about a Eclipse Hex 5 fully integrated Aquarium Kit fish tank?

So I picked up this new fish tank today, got the gravel for it, filter and all that already come with it, and have the decorations. Now im just wondering what kind of fish i can put in it. And if its ok to add a Beta fish with it. I want more than 1 or 2 fish. No smartass answers please and thank you
 
Did the set up come with a heater? The only fish small enough for a five gallon require heating.

All I would put in five gallons is a betta, and maybe a few otocinclus. Most other fish need to kept in small groups meaning they need larger tanks. Even corydoras should be kept in groups of at least three. If you wanted more fish a larger tank would have been a better choice.
 
If you want something to go with the Betta, you don't have a lot of options. Your best best are either get a few Cory Cats, or a school of tetras.
 
Is there a heater in it?

If there is, then you can have a Betta and an Otocinclus/Cory Cat if you want.
