if a guy hits you and you exchange all of your information with him and he is non responsive what do u do? they said that they have sent mail to her home, emails, and that her phone is disconnected. they have tried all they can to contact her but they have had no response like i said. the insurance company has sent a letter saying they have denied the claim to fix the car because of the accident.
