question about a 1995 Toyota Celica ST?

I am trying to figure out how much i would spent on gas for a year. The car is a 1995 Toyota Celica ST and i am now sure how many gallons of gas it can hold, i believe around 14 or 15 gallons but i am not sure how to calculate it? any ideas? what is the amount of gas this kind of cars can hold?
how much are tags and registration for this type of model for colorado and Flordia?
 
its easy to calculate how much gas your tank holds.....just wait until the gas light comes on (means you have 1 gallon left in tank) then immediately go to the gas station....see how much gas you put in....then add 1 b/c of the gallon already in the tank......voila you have your tank capacity
