My car was jerking very badly everytime I took off, when its cold i see expecially and going up hills the rpms kick up really high and the car stalls then kicks into gear, feels like a big jerk in the car. after I got my transmission fluid changed the car started running fine on flat roads but I still get this when the car is cold and going up hills? any ideas of what im looking at?

I am guessing the car is an automatic? As far as i can think either your transmission is leaking and doesnt have the proper amount of fluid or something. Seeing that the problem got better when you changed the fluid makes me think that it is something in your transmission and they are usually a bitch. Really nothing you can do besides check and change your tranny fluid and make sure that it isnt leaking and running low because that will blow your transmission. Other than that you at some point you will need a transmission rebuild from the sounds of it.

Let the car warm up for ten minutes every time you start it in the cold. Hondas are great cars, but old ones do not work well before they get warmed up. You are not going to get a smooth fuel flow until the fuel pump is warm.
Also, you might want to change where you buy gas. Texaco is good for cold weather and old cars, because the sulfur is refined out of it.
