Question about 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan brake light...?

The brake light on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan comes on. It is totally random, not just when you push the brakes. Sometimes you are just accelerating and it comes on. Does anyone have an idea why it is doing this? Thanks!!!
 
Common sense says to have the brakes checked, if you are lucky it might just be low on fluid.
