Spliced looks like a show you would see on Nickelodeon 10 years ago, it's like a mix of Rocko's Modern Life and Angry Beavers, it's more like Angry Beavers.

Watch Spliced while you can . . . on their official Twitter feed, qubo announced lineup changes are coming in mid-October, and Spliced is getting canned.

Is there a Link to their Twitter account?

It is a good show!

I found it very entertaining! But why must it be taken off-the-air?

. . . .

Why'd they choose this one? Out of all the sub par or decades old shows on Qubo they had to choose a newer, entertaining one?

I thought Spiced was a well made series. It has good voice actors, fluent animation, a cast of amusing characters, had a good use of cut-aways and a good setting.

I like how they switch to random black and white live action segments randomly, or have live action characters like the bowling instructor.

Anyway, if I had two choose a bunch of shows to take off Qubo, Spliced would not be on the list.

Yeah. http://www.twitter.com/qubo

Simple, eh?

Largely because ION, qubo's majority owner, straddles the line between being a generic entertainment channel and a religious, "family values" channel. The puritanical correctness isn't fond of a show like Spliced, and the powers-that-be are pulling it largely because of them. That's why Spliced is going away. Shame, really.

There's slapstick in Spliced, but it isn't as violent as, say, Babar, where characters get shot and die on screen and it isn't as crude as Being Ian.

I don't think there's anything offensive in Spliced.

The full Tweet about Spliced:
TonyRobinson:Really not liking Splice on @qubo. It's like watching chaos in a blender. Too many things 4 kids 2 waste brain cells on. This won't be one.
Qubo@ToyRobinson coming off air mid Octobr..u are right we were wrong KH

Dang. I'm hoping it'll come back on Disney XD (the show airs there in Latin-America) or somewhere.

Yeah Qubo, get rid of a show just because ONE GUY didn't like it. That's democracy for ya.

There's going to be some changes, because they're bringing back 321 Penguins, and adding a new show called "Shelldon." The Qubo twitter also said they're bring back Postman Pat, too.

I think I like Spliced more than any of those shows, though.
