Quad bike driving and safety gear?

My friend is thinking of going quad biking.
1) What is the best type of clothing to wear, should it be water or fire resistant or a one or two-piece suit?
2) Would she need any special types of boots or gloves?
 
you dont need all that stuff. its very expensive. i would recommend at least a helmet and goggles. maybe riding gloves if its cold your hands will get very cold, especially if you plan on driving fast but jeans and a sweatshirt is fine. dont wear your nice shoes.
