Qtek 9100 or Imate K-Jam or O2 XDA mini S

I need some help clarifying what is the difference between these phones??

1. Qtek 9100
2. I-mate K-Jam
3. O2 XDA mini S

They all look the same but why are they rated differently on gsmarena.com??

Is there anything major i should worry about before i get one?? or is there somehting outhere thats better and has a QWERTY keyboard plus wifi???

they are all made by HTC and are just different flavours, hardware wise they are the same device, the IMATE K-JAM prices are higher than qtek 9100, but the qtek 9100 comes with a 2 year warranty, the O2 is mainly for europe and you may have warranty issues with it if you need repair in north america.I personally would get the qtek 9100 just because its cheaper.
 
Contact Paul from superiorgadets.com if you want to buy an unlocked qtek or imate, he is awesome guy and is in Toronto, if you want to get the phone with a contract from rogers then go with promobility wireless in Markham
