QPST Issue

When I open QPST Config it reconizes my Hero as "Unknown" not "Surf" or whatever it is. When I open service programming it says "Online connection failure: Unspecified error". What am I doing wrong? I have all the drivers installed. Thanks in advance :clapping:

Have you successfully opened a com port with the device?

Moved to the PDA sub-forum.
Have you done the following:
##3424# then plugged the phone in.
Do you have the correct drivers?
Does the computer detect the new hardware and install it correctly?

Yes I've opened it up just fine.

 

[Heavy Duty]

I dial ##3424# and it opens "DM Command Service".
I posted some screenshots so you can see what I'm doing wrong. :lol:

Problem solved! I was running a old version of QPST.
