I missed last weeks ep as well -just downloaded it. Was there a XL version last week too? If so I'm going to have to track it down.

They've appeared together quite a lot on Just a Minute and a couple of hours earlier than QI on Friday 4 they were partnered on The News Quiz so I'm guessing neither finRAB the others company that objectionable (not saying anything about the viewers opinion mind you

Ok, it's supposed to be interesting, but it's also supposed to have some humour. That's why they had four standup comedians on the panel!
I'm not sure what it was, or if it was worse that I watched the XL edition but it seemed like nearly every joke was either cut off, talked over or not followed on.
There were about two funny moments in the whole 45 minutes. Brand was useless with her usual deprecating comments, Carr wasn't much better with his telegraphed comments and it's usually upto Davis and Fry to fill in or more things on but they couldn't help out either.
Dee wasn't great but at least he did have a coupe of good jokes. That's about all though.
