q-tip pushed too far down ear

see a doctor. there may be a piece of wax close to the ear drum or you may have done damage to the ear drum itself.

hope it's better soon. :)

how do you know(what occured?) that you actually pushed the tip too far in? did you lose hearing or what 'happened' immediately after you did this? did you feel like a 'give' when you were pushing it in? what do you mean exactly by 'keep getting feedback'? something with your actual hearing? some more info would really help here.

but i most certainly would do what you were told by nyx up there and see your doc to have this all checked out. if he or she sees of feels there are possible injuries there, more than likely you will be sent to an ENT type specialist where they can simply 'do" more appropriate types of real testing(and basic auditory testing too) on that ear. i do wish you luck with this and also hope its more of a earwax push into the back of the ear canal and nothing more. please let us know what you find out, K?
