Dad in the pub quiz last week, there was a question about the name of the planet the film was based on.

The answer by the quiz master was 'The Monkey Planet'. Dad had put down 'Earth'.

Sadly, I do not know the exact wording used by the quiz master for the question, but what I want to know is, is the word 'Earth' used in the film, or do we just assume that it is earth because of the final scene?

Dad told me that the film was based on a book called 'The Monkey Planet'.
