Putting subs in my jeep patriot?

Hey im putting my system i had in my altima into my 2007 jeep patriot, its all stock no navigation or anything like that, one problem though they apparently do not have an adapter for this type of car to tie into my alpine cd deck? any help on this all i need to do is hook up my cd deck into where the stock one was
