Putting a 10.8 liter Cummins into a Dodge truck?

I want to take a Dodge truck, with the 5.9 liter Cummins diesel, and swap a 10.8 liter Cummins into it. This is known as a Cummins ISM, and it's usually found in buses and medium duty trucks, like garbage trucks. Does anyone have any knowledge of this engine? Do you know if it would even fit in the engine bay of a Dodge truck? Just imagine the power...

Since the motor itself is bigger than the front of a Ram... lol...
Not really possible without a LOT of modification...
