...cook it? i am making a crockpot sensations meal you buy from the freezer section. it is chicken and dumplings so the chicken is frozen i put everything in turned it on(i thought)only to see 30 minutes later that i forgot to plug it in!i turned it on now is it still good to cook and eat?i dont want to get my family sick!
 
yes you are fine, since the chicken was frozen, I usually don't worry till it's been out for over two hours. then I'm skepticle.

I did the same thing one day, but ti was almost 3 hours afterwards that I realised it, we still coked and ate it with no problems!
