Do you think parents who don't vaccinate their kids should be upfront with other parents (who presumably do vaccinate) when having them over to your home or having their kids play out at the homes of others? How much personal disclosure is too much?

Sometimes the vaccines that people get, wear out or need to be boostered creating a situation where, someone who's been vaccinated may not be immune. I had to have my MMR boostered after I had my son, when I was in my 30s because I had no immunity. Being vaccinated does not mean that you aren't being exposed, it's just a pre-caution.
Not bashing anyone, guess I haven't been paying much attention today, just saw a bunch of vaccination questions come up (suddenly) and thought about the connection between the two.
MT good point with HIV! Not that I would out anyone but, if a child was HIV positive isn't there a moral obligation on the part of the parent to tell the people who play with that child? I mean, wouldn't you be upset if your sons friend scraped his knee playing and you found out much later that the child was HIV positive and you didn't know to take the proper precautions? Maybe I'm just playing devils advocate too much.
