Purchases made on iPhone wont sync and appear on my iTunes on my computer.?

I bought some songs on my iPhone.
And when I plug my iPhone into iTunes it wont sync.
And the songs that I purchased wont show up.

NORMALLY. I can buy songs on my iPhone it will show up on iTunes when I connect them.

I'm having the same problem vice versa.
I will buy a song on iTunes on the compouter and it wont sync to iPhone.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
