I got a 5 week old puppy from a dog resue situation. She is now 7 weeks old and she is driving me nuts with her whining. She whines outside, when she cant do something, she whines every hour in the crate (at nite & during the day) I have tried to sooth her, placed all her toys in the crate, I have even resorted to the water bottle. Heck she even whines on my lap in the car. I don't know how to make her stop this. She gets pleanty of attention and im very consistant with her routeen! I have had puppies before with never this much problems. I got more sleep with having a new born baby!!! HELP
