I've been getting this pulsing in my left ear for a few months now. Like a thumping, heartbeat sound. It's not constant. It comes and goes. Tends to happen more right after I yawn. Now I'm getting sharp pains in both my ears (primarily the left though) and this weird pressure feeling in the back of my head on the left side. Also, I'm getting this twitching, spasm feeling there especially after I yawn. I'm also getting the pressure feeling on my left temple with some pain. What could it be?
Also when I get the twitching in the back of my head, it also feels like my ear moves involuntarily. The feeling you get when you try to wiggle your ear.
