pulling window out of 76 ford f250?

i have the whole door window loose, all apparatus' holding it in are off.... the only thing stopping me is that there is a metal runner that goes along the bottom of the window, how do i remove this to pull the window out? i already have the wing window out too... all i need to know is how to pull this metal runner off
