cars value back!!? Ok in november i was pulled over for driving With no insurance, my car was impounded and as did not have the money was crushed, In the mean Time i contacted my insurance and they said that they had cancelled the insurance but i had rreceivedno letters and the cancellation had been backdated! I contacted the oombudsmanbut direct line took no responsibility! anyway i went to court and the evidence was looked and and i was found not guilty!! Can i now claim back for the value of my car??
