pulled fuse to ac clutch while car was running?

On a lincoln town car 1996, we were trying to find a bad fuse for the cig lighter and pulled a fuse and the Air conditioning went out. Should i bring it to a dealership or is it a simple fix? The fuse doesn't appear to be broken, should i replace it anyways?
 
Should be a simple fix. Put the fuse back in while car is turned off, if no go then try replacing the fuse with car turned off. If still no go, take it to the dealership.
